I grew up in the sunny state of California as an outdoors girl, spending many days in mud puddles and climbing trees. I have my parents to thank for fostering my love of animals, teaching me that there is no greater gift to receive than the love of a pet – and we had many! Dogs, birds, and too many pocket pets to count, our family zoo was founded on love, and fostered with compassion.

After receiving my bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1999, I spent many years working in the human resources field but ultimately my love of animals called me to pursue a second career in veterinary medicine. I graduated from Bel-Rea in 2009 with top honors, and am very proud to be a CVT! I have a passion for surgery, dentistry, and anesthesia, and love caring for your pets as if they were my own.

I currently live in Parker with my husband Dale and our four legged children including our Samoyed Misha, an Australian Shepherd named Choss, and our two cats, Hufflepuff and Luna Lovegood. During my time off I enjoy the outdoors of Colorado snow skiing, being a gym rat, and running endurance and obstacle course races.
